When I am smoking pot daily I almost never dream. But if I run out or stop for a while I have very vivid, intense dreams for weeks. I have smoked pot for over 10 years and this is ALWAYS the case. All my friends say the same thing.
For most people pot covers up dreams and going off pot intensifies them.
I have read that you remember your dreams the most when you donā??t go into a deep sleep. So I guess pot helps you sleep deeply. When you stop, itā??s a shock to your system that does not allow you to reach that same level of deep sleep so that is why you have vivid dreams without pot.
i have crazy dreams after smoking.
I havn't had a dream in two years. Wish I could.
Actually, it's the other way around. You get very little amount of REM deep sleep when you go to be stoned. In fact most of us stoners here probably havn't REALLY slept a full night in years.Quote:

No, there actually one in the same. It's during this deep sleep that your eyeballs are moving around so rapidly.... Hence it being called "R.E.M." sleep but it is also the deepest state of sleep you can acheive, the state that best re-energizes youQuote:
