yeh, that kid shouldve known he was dead meat.
but two questions though...
was he on any medication?
how do we know that he didnt need any?
ah well, no need to pose any tough questions or anything. it's a stretch, but if nothing was medically wrong with the fuck then blast him to hell.

Hundreds of studies have been done on gun control. The best was preformed by a Yale economist named John Lott in the study " more guns, less crime." It is the largest study ever conducted on the effects of gun control laws. After examining every county in the nation over two decades, Lott and his colleagues found that the more restrictive the gun control laws in a given county, the HIGHER the crime rates. In general, when counties pass right-to-carry laws, which allow people of sound mind who have no criminal record to carry guns, their crime rates go down.
You can voice your opinion if you want, but I bet nobody can find a study that tops this one. Guns for everyone!!

The news I read said that he was bullied and supposed to be in a fight Friday over a girl. It also said his organs were being harvested (donated).

Ha Ha Ha yeah and have a look at your crime with more guns, Murder 1million, armed robbery 2million Ok so if he was threating to shoot the officer then I just don't get why they just can't shoot him in the knee or better still why couldn't they taken the gun off him with that many officers you'd think they would be able to do that.I just don't get it.

The article said that he raised the weapon, and deadly force was used. That sounds like he was asking for it.
Police officers and the military are not trained to do "trick" shots. When police fire a weapon, they shoot to kill. It's a "last resort", but necessary in some cases. Your Hollywood images of cowboys, and other people, shooting a gun out of a somebody's hand, firing a "warning" shot in their leg, etc., is not realistic: When lives are at stake, and a person of ANY age is using a firearm against the public and/or police, are warned to drop it and surrender, then it's too bad but deadly force must be used when they refuse to comply.
Contrary to the image that most of the world has of America, most police officers never fire a gun at anyone during the course of their careers. Most criminals know that once the cops are there, whatever they were doing is over.
A lot of people, usually women, come up with the "why didn't they shoot him in the leg" line. They aim for the body - because that's the best, and easiest, target.

The article said...I read ALOT but does not mean I believe it all. Even "eyewitnesses" to the same crime see things different.
