no but i have done a lot of reading and the mayan calender theory is the one that kinda birthed the whole end of the world in 2012 prediction.

Even if we could read Mayan calenders, which I'm pretty sure we can, who cares?
THEY'RE FUCKING MAYANS! I don't research old-ass Indian rituals for car trouble, why the shit would I ask a Mayan when the world's gonna end?
Now, come on. Show of hands. Who thought the world was gonna end at 2000? If you did, you're a dumbass. Almost as dumb as somebody who asks Mayans when the world's gonna end.
Also, you're a dumbass if you think the Discovery Channel's primary objective is information. It's a TV channel. Their primary goal is to ENTERTAIN. You want pure information without the entertainment? Watch those proffesors teach comlex algorithms at 3:30 in the morning.
Also, you're a dumbass if you like anime.

actually professors dont know shit either, no one does. it just burns me up how they try to pass off all their theories and whatnot as being correct.

1. Alot of people
2. Mabye because they had a great knowledge of the stars and space at such an early point in time, perhaps they knew something we don't...
3. Not me. I thought that was a computer virus hype or something? I wasn't aware of any prophecies backing up that it would be the end of the world...
4. You are very right.
5. I agree :D

Hmmm, I do find it kinda weird that so many people are making predictions on when the world will end - and they're all coming up with the same date. One of the most famous collections of predictions is probably 'The Bible Code' written by Michael Drosnin. I've read the first and second books, and while some of it does seem a little far-fetched, the more you research into various theories in the books (e.g - humans were actually put here by aliens) the more feasable they become. I did find it particulary scary when I saw the code in 'The Bible Code II' that warned about the Twin Towers. Encoded in the Bible was information telling that the Twin Towers will collapse (I can't remember the exact words, but I will find the book and scan in the page when we shortly buy a scanner). The thing that scared me the most was when Drosnin said that just below, in the PLAIN TEXT of the Bible, the words 'and on that day there were the deaths of around 3000 men'. The exact number of fatalities - 2,793. Scary stuff.
And about the aliens, don't completely debunk that theory just yet. Read about the planet Serpo first, located in the Zeta Reticuli solar system. Information on that is located here: http://www.serpo.org/information.html and it is being constantly updated. I myself do believe that something big and completely life changing is about to happen, namely World War 3. With all this shit concerning terrorism, Iran, Iraq etc, it's only a matter of time until an atomic or chemical weapon is dropped in some major city. Whether it will be this year (6/6/06?), 2012, or even in twenty years time, it's gonna happen soon.
Lets just hope it does'nt land on my plants! :p

i am also a believer in the aliens created humans theory, it makes a lot of sense. peeps always try to debunk the bible codes, i believe they arent asking the right questions or typin in the right keywords. there was also the theory of the bible codes having 5 outcomes due to free will.

I have'nt heard of the 5 outcomes thing with the Bible codes, cheers for mentioning that! I have my own theory to go with that - maybe those are the five possible outcomes for whatever situation?
By the way, I have a program that you can use to search for your own Bible codes. It is a little complicated to use at first, but after an hour or so it gets a lot easier. If you want it, just PM me and I'll send you it (by the way, it cost me $30 I think, and the main site can be found at http://www.research-systems.com/codes/codefind.html?
