so ... I'm throwin a party. a mj party.

First of all, everyone involved should take a break from smoking before the date of the party, to drop their built-up tolerance.

Second of all, don't do it in a hotel. It may seem like the only thing you can do, but it simply isn't. You don't have to do this now. Wait til an opportunity comes up for you to use a house. It will come eventually.

When you're high, you forget about the world outside of the room you're in. Therefore even if you're planning on keeping quiet, once you all start smoking, that will be over. Noise complaints, knock on door, busted.

And that's assuming the accumulated scent of smoke from eight ounces of pot doesn't get you busted by itself.

Hell, on second thought, do this:

Have a field party. We used to have them all the time. Drive somewhere out of town, to a road completely isolated that NEVER has a single car on it. From there, drive into a field and keep driving until you can no longer see the road. (Or any other indication of civilization, for that matter.) Either set up camp or bring enough vehicles for everybody to have a place to sleep.

We'd set up a lounge by bringing two truck, dropping both tailgates, and backing them up extremely close to one another. This can make a comfortable lounge for about 14 people.

This also really enhances the experience of getting high. You're in the middle of no where. Sure, when you're high you usually THINK there's no outside world, but for a change there truly isn't.

Plus, the nearby road serves as a safe(er) means of driving for those who simply love to drive when high. Especially those who like intentionally getting lost just for the adventure of finding the way back. Bring a few people though, its hard to find our way back by yourself.

If you see headlights at any distance away, don't wait to make sure they're heading your way. Leave, right then. Choose a place with at least ways of exiting, as well.

Hey jesse wow that sounds like such a sweet idea and the truckbeds would make a perfect thing for the ladies like say if you have sleeping bags and shit for the night and snacks back their aww man nice idea

Better be a fuckin taco bell next door. Just get an ounce of some really nice shit, that will be more then enough. I agree with Jesse, go to some field and get the biggest car/truck out of all your friends and hot box that bitch until you can't see who's in the front seat.

imho you shouldnt do it in a hotel....just wait till someones parents are gone for a weekend. if you have 10 guys in on it....then someones parents should be gone soon enough.

a few friends and i had a small party like that with about 15 people and a few ounces of weed, we smoked in his house and the smell was completely gone after a day :D

just keep windows open slightly whne you are smoking, then the next day ur gunna need to have every window and door open with fans going

^ my girlfriend will be there, and a few other guy's girls ... but it's really just a bunch of old friends just chillin out and blazin all night. having drunk chicks around isn't that important to me anymore, i've had my fun with them ... but im settled down for the moment with one girl.

we've waited for a month for someone's folks to go away, but nothing has really worked out / everyone was afraid to use their houses.

its a cockroach motel near the beach, and there is only one room next to us in the unit .... we're renting the entire unit out. im close friends with the manager, and he said it won't be a problem if we do it + it's pretty secluded, and my buddies girlfriend is bringing two air filters that she has at home which are made for smoke. so we should be ok. we're not hyping it up either, cause we don't want everyone and their mother to show up.



But dammm, that truck thing sounds tight as fuck ! lol ... im thinking that might be our next adventure, since we do these type of things every couple months ..
