Yup, you really have nothing to worry about. I'm pretty sure it's yeast infection medicine too. Discharge when stained has a diffrent color to it. Yeast infections shouldn't be considered as something 'nasty' or anything. It's not harmful for you, and it will pass.
Women have a very normal discharge as a way for our cunts to clean themselves, it could be that and she just has a lot of it, or a yeast infection medicine.
Everyone thinks a yeast infection is because a girl is dirty, it's because a girl has been washing herself TOO much/douching in most cases.
It's a gstring, so it's basically getting pulled up her lower half. If she was wet or had a discharge and it dried it could be there seeing as it IS a gstring and those are tiny.

I agree with GardenKnowm as long as the secretion is not discolored or smells bads it is normal. Most women have this discharge and can range in color from clear to white depending on which day she is on her cycle.
