yeah it is really hard to explain. i don't remember ever thinking like "hmm this sounds like orange!" or anyting like that, it's more like you're experiencing everything in a totally different way.

If you put your hand in the right corner of your line of vision, and move it to the left corner, the image will stay in your sight, and cause "trails".
On laced weed (PCP we suspect) I was sitting in my friend's room, she had a hamster in a cage with a wheel, when it ran in the wheel the sound echoed thru the room (which was basically dead silent) and I felt like the floor was shaking because I was feeling the sound of the hamster. I literally couldn't stand because my mind was so set on the fact that the floor was shaking (which it wasn't).
Hearing colours to me is like, I dunno... when you listen to a song and you almost see a colour in the back of your head, feeling a colour is like when you think about what a colour would represent, (ex: red; anger, lust, ect) and then you feel that.
I think it depends on the drug + hallucinations.
