You sleep for more than 10 hours? Fuck, i could never do that. I used to go bed at 2am and wake up at 7:30am on school days. I would imagine you would need more sleep as an adult (30's 40's ect.) due to being bigger and because your starting to get old. Teenagers don't need much sleep. Or i dont anyway.
