does it really matter if he leaves that much? In the longer than a year that ive been on this website, you realize that people come and go...people wth different beliefs, thoughs on life, crazy spamming...but in the end it really dosnt make a difference...its kinda like passing generations...people like ghost for instance come...become popular...build a post count (though some just spam like crazy to do it)...whatever...
