u have to have a previous injury where u were perscribed pain killers. then call this number: 1-866-420-7215
kinda cool it has 420 in the number. when u call just tell them your seeking alternative medical help and that your previous injury affects your everyday life. then they'll ask for previous med records and your done. i talked to the actual doctor for like 10 min and he gave me the card.
its cool too cuz when u first get it u get a starter kit with like 1/8th of free medical bud :) omg they sell weed candy bars at the med shops too! instead of 100grand its called 420 grand!!!
