yeah I have them under a 1000 watt hortilux hps. her sisters all stretched up higher than that one so I used a dog cage screen to train them down for like a week. Almost like a scrog but once the braches were trained I took away the cage. that way the canopy is more even and the main branches are spread out to allow more light down to the lower buds.
