what me and my friend use for filters are note cards works perfect cut off a little sliver and fold it in a zig zag and push in MJ a little tighter into the joint for your filter and there you have it.

works great i also use a roach clip when i dont feel like making a filter. my roach clip is medical clamps (perfect for it) than i usually drop the roach in a pipe and smoke it because the paper has the most thc and resin.

the notecard is more of a thing to keep you from getting burned than a filter and makes the air flow threw the joint a lot better, where with out one the end of the joint usually gets closed because of the wetness of you lips.

A cig filter doesn't take out any of the THC, I use them when I've only got dry/nasty tobacco to mix with... It's quite scary looking at thte colour of the filter after though.

i'm confused about what people mean are filters....

imo there are roaches and there are filters.....

do some people call rolled up card filters? or have I just completly missed the plot?

The guy who made the thread meant an actual filter like from a cig but a couple of americans thought he meant what they call a filter (roach ie. rolled up card).

if your gonna smoke a joint. use a roach. dont be fucking lazy. the more chemicals you inhale the beta in my opinion.

in Australia a roach is just rolled up cardboard...use that for a joint

a filter are the ones u use when rolling your own normal cig, or are in the talor made cigs you buy.

i just wanted to know whether using a filter would extract the good stuff stopping natures good feelings!
i aint gonna try it tlli know as that would be a waste of a perfectly good smoke!

Americans,(to my knowledge) call roaches filters, here in the uk a filter is a roach. The thread starter referred to a cigarette filter, i was under the impression they DO filter out thc, but if people say otherwise then whatever...still wont be doing it.
