but has this been documented anywhere? i mean i dont eat unless im stoned i mean i will eat but not like i do when im high and i prob eat healthier when im stoned too
same thing happens to me when high i can eat evrything in sight but if im sober i just dont get any urge to eat food. i think it possibly could be because the body is used to eating when stoned and so when sober it dosnt think it needs food, a bit like a pattern.
peace
I will try and find the article I read but I read one that talked about this. It doesn't cause and eating disorder. They discovered this sideeffect already when treating people who have no appitite. Because it hightens your senses, it makes food taste better. Your body and mind know you are hungry it is just being stubborn, i guess. It would rather taste the way it did the night before.
I am the same way so i researched it a bit. If I force myself to eat a snack durnign the day, after a bite or two I realize i am hungry and continue to eat. Try eating something that you know you like that is rich in flavor.
my problem with only eating at night is that your body starts storing more fat because it knows or thinks you won't eat for a long time. You combine that with the fact that you are eating at night and I have 15 pounds I need to lose. Everyone's matabolism is different, but mine has sucked since i hit 22 a few years ago.
this is actually good...remember, we live in a society of abundance, which is not good...we eat too much up here...so cannabis doesn't create any eating disording it regulates it...if you really need to eat you will eat and if you don't need it you won't...it's the same for me, my appetite is not as big as when i was 12 years old!! but thats fine because i still do what ever i want to do, training and all that stuf, and i make better choices in terms of foood quality...i prefer to spend the same amount of money on quality food than on a whole buffet...so nothing to panic you just started to live off your society value...
-Peace out
Me, too! I smoke quite a bit on a daily, long-term basis. I eat very little when not "high", I just don't have much of an appetite...but when I am, I have a normal to slightly increased appetite. I'm working on putting myself on a nutritional plan that includes lots of really healthy food spaced evenly throughout the day.
I also have no appetite when not smoking. Used to think I had an eating disorder years ago. I just really don't care that much about food unless munchied out. And being pretty thin, I'd probably blow away without it.:stoned:
