yeah dude, my favorite thing is after smoking, have a bottle of cold water... it just feels right ... i prefer drinking water over anything while im high. i dont like soda much because it makes my throat feel really like.... swampy, or mucusy... i dunno hahah..
but then ill just put on my album of Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young, and i dont have to worry about food, or anything like that.
do it but smoke a cigarette to raise it back up.

If u wanna just cure your cottonmouth short term, then a small glass of soda would be ok i would say, but if your having a heavy sesh, and smoking pretty vast amounts, stick with the goos quality H20 my man!

eating and drinkin dont kill the high, i eat and drink all the time while im stoned, and soda doesnt really affect me any more than water, ive drank a three litre of coke while stoned and it didnt make me want to throw up, but i guess everyone is different :stoned:

I don't see how eating or drinking could kill your buzz as it wouldn't really affect the amount of THC in your bloodstream, I think.
