Exercise will speed up your metabolism.

The fitter you get, the faster your metabolic rate will become.

Don't listen to the people saying drink Lucozade etc.

Exercise is the Key! Cardio Vascular base which will increase Heart Rate, hence lowering metabolic rate!

Same here, I never exercise yet Im quite slim, but you wouldnt believe the amount of food I eat, I'm a laughing stock at work :( Anyway, fuck picking at salads, whats that all about?

I think its the weed, I dont know why, I just feel like it keeps me slim
