Yeah you can, I would say take a week break and then start back up again. Damn does it feel good when you get to get high again.
Well it depends on your physical condition i guess! For myself i cannot smoke that much, because of my work! So from 5 pm to 10 pm i only smoke 1 jay or a couple of bowls! But in the week-end, i try to stay on a certain high peak all day! Or when i do snowboard, i fucking blaze at the beginning of each slope!!!

its not that i dont believe you smoke 10 joints a day, but y would you want to? it'll catch up with you adventally, i used to toke up everyday, but it becomes something you do because its a habit, not cos you really enjoy it. but keeping it to the weekends is a compleatly different matter! its thursday night now and im REALLY looking forward to some vape hits tomorrow night. someone who tokes up everyday could never look forword to smoking as much as someone who only uses at the weekends IMHO

dude if you don't let your tolence get too high, then surly you won't need to break soo long between when your not breaking....so imo if you don't get used to smoking as much everyday as 5-50 joints a day your tolerence will remain lower than if you did smoke this amount resulting in you not needing to smoke as much, more smoke for your money...weed lasting longer....ummm...cant think of anymore pros so think about whats best for you (if you think your smoking more than you can deal with....or if you feel you have to smoke, cut down, take a break.....it'll still be there when you go back.....it's best not to do too much of a good thing...LOL )
