I've heard some guys are like that. Mine is still a desent size whem non-erect. But does it really matter? Erect is what really counts. From my life experiences there are two types of women. Those who like em big and those who want a man who knows how to use one even if below average.
I think endurance is what counts. If you train for endurance, then yours will probably grow since it will increase blood flow when things flow in the penis. I like to keep my penis strong for the girls.
How do you train for endurance?
There is a small muscle that squeezes the penis when you try to stop peeing. Stand up and pretend you are trying to stop peeing. That's the small muscle that is there. You might not even feel it cuz yours is so small, but once you find it, then you start squeezing it, 1-2 seconds 20 times at a set, 3 sets a day for 3 weeks. then you move on to advanced training like squeeze slowly for 5 seconds, hold contraction for 5 seconds, and then release slowly like 5 seconds, and that's like one rep. 10 reps per set, 3 sets per day.
