They didn't replace him. He spent about 9 months for selling bongs on the internet. Apparently they decided that he was guilty of transporting paraphenelia across state lines and maybe selling to minors. Funny thing was that I believe he was only an investor in the company and of course, lent his name and image to the biz. I don't believe he was actually involved in the process of selling the hardware. The DEA and Justice Dept (courtesy of Mr. John AssCrack, that fucking nazi that Bush appointed) decided they needed a high profile example and since Woody Harelson was busy,(or had a better lawyer) they picked on Tommy Chong. And if I'm not mistaken, he was brought back on the show after he did his time. And that's the tale of what really happened to Leo.Quote:
