1. Yes-- for a while it became too much of a habit, and I needed to knock my tolerance down a bit. Done me no end of good-- 9 weeks and counting (prob gonna break it this Friday).
2. I've been annoyed, but I realize those people are just ignorant. I don't hate them, I just pity them.

if people critisize me.. it doesnt bother me too much, i just dont want to be known as a burnout.
i sometimes feel guilty about smoking later at night, then having to wake up for work and feel too tired.
