Does anyone know how to spam a phone call?

I don't even know if it's the same person calling, it shows up as "unknown" so I don't think "blocking" the number would work, anyway. I just don't want them interrupting me when I'm deep in thought trying to seperate three-sheets' posts from the real ones.
