good trustable site to buy cheap CDs?

ok so are the last pages the items that are gonna be sold in lets say few hours or mn? how can u know theres only 5mn left? can u buy an item before all the time is finished?

and what do u mean by bidding high on it? thx anyway for the info im a total newb on ebay
