I was hitting hard liquor for three years before I smoked Weed or cigarettes.

i drank before weed as well, i prefer weed much better

Drank before toked. Don't really drink often anyways...

I think I like marijuana more, though. There just seems to be so much more of a culture and vibe surrounding it compared to that of alcohol. It is also so much more versatile in regards to feelings/experinces that you have when under the influence and can be used in many more situations. I for one would never get drunk alone (just boring imo) but I have no problem getting high by myself. I find that it actually seems more enlightening when I am by myself because i can focus on me more and my thoughts without outside distractions, i.e. friends who are also high with me ;) Not saying i don't like to get high with my friends, i love it...but, to me it's two totally different experinces smoking with/without people around.

Ask any drunk that has tried pot if they want to smoke a joint instead of another beer they will say yes

I prefer being stoned because of the positives and no hangovers and what nots.

But being drunk is pretty fun, you get pretty topsy turvy, kinda fun once in a while.
