um, maybe the pistils aren't turning brown because you have plants where the genetics have defined the pistils as white?

Have you checked the color of the trichs at all? I have seen some crops where a lot of the hairs are still white, but the trichs are more than ready.Quote:

Has your plant still been growing recently? Or is it not growing much anymore?
During the last 2 weeks of flowering, the plant does virtually no more growing, BUT, during that time the buds swell up and pack on most of their weight.
But, if your plant hasn't been growing much during the last few weeks, it could be stunted. How to fix it? I don't know. I use soil, as I'm not a hydro person. Try the hydro section here, and maybe post a picture. A picture is worth a thousand words. Good luck.
the genetics are brownish orange becuase I got them from some mid i bought that was outdoor grown (like mine) But in very secluded place where hopefully nothing else will pollinate it.
NOCHOWDERFORYOU, those seeds I got are the ones I want, and there is only one salvia divinorum. there are just different salvia!! :D
mine has been flowering for like 3 or 4 months but the buds arent that big yet. they arent dense neither. It's not getting to much taller but the pystols are growing in numbers. slowly but they are. I dont know what the hell
Ohhhhh okay, got it! So many names for shit, hard to keep things straight.Quote:

Oh ya, forgot to ask...hash4brains, what kind of lighting are they all under? That will affect time as well if not enough light is provided.
You too heavymetal101, what kind of lighting.
Low lighting will definatly slow down flowering time, especially if the same amount of wattage was used for vegging. You should at least double you wattage from vegging to flowering, or things will mopve very slow, buds will be small, light and wispy.
Yea, man, I asked some other people that bought the same ones and they told me!! :D but you see it's very hard to grow these from seeds and it takes from like 2 months to like 6 to germinate!! thats a long time!! But after that there suppossed to shoot up quick. It's very rare to get salvia plants from seeds and I'm so fuckin happy I got these!! Not for the tripping part but becuase there rare! You can use this stuff called gibberellic acid and it helps fertilize seeds or somethin. I dont know if i'm goin to buy it though I may. I want to see if I can get one to grow without first!!Quote:

thanks for that link
light is 600w hps during the hole grow
