Glad to inform - and be informed! I admit never having heard it known as an Irish waterfall. :)

I don't get any higher when i breathwe out through the nose, but I've never done it exclusively. I do tell one of my friends to do it all the time but that's only to make sure he takes the smoke down.

The first person I ever knew to do it was a twelve year old I knew back in maybe first and second grade. He called it a dragon.
