hi im new to this hole growig thing eeer wat would i needs to start growing indoorstnx :D

and also what woulkd i need where do u get the uv lights and plants frm im also in the uk

not plants i mean wat sautof shops do u get the fans from and the uv light, soryy and bout all the mistakes

hi there ive had great problems with mites over past 10 years or so what i recomemnd is a pesticide called vendex wp50 it is a miticide used on comercial greenhouses for cukes and tomotoes it works very well,also there is a new product made by safers called end-all it will do the trick guy
but 4 weeks into but aint much gonna do to help you now good luck

Thanks all, am gonna try to shower em off tonight, then use a bit of soft soap tomorrow night, thanks again to you all, nice of you all to take the time to reply.

showered em off, looking a bit better, will try other things if not better by end of week. pic here is of my babys after showering.

but one more thing to take into thought is the enviromnet your groing in , are there more place's where mites can live ? cloths , carpet, ensilation,
keep it as steral as posible ,
