Many cultures discovered this and the methods to achieve this state naturally and artificially. Many of the worlds religions were founded on reaching this state and devised strict disciplines to do so. The Alpha-Theta range occurs during reverie, hypnogogic imagery, meditation, and by self-hypnosis. The drugs that achieve this state are controlled use of cannabis and hallucinogens.

Oh definately! As I mentioned to Harvesthetic before, im so crap at doing work when im not stoned. I come up with really uncreative answers as oppose to when im stoned and im like 'Oh my god how the fuck did i come up with that amazing line?!'

Its true, weed enhances your creative side...most great composers in previous centuries were pot heads...now, no one can say that they were an uncreative bunch can they?

I guess cannabis lifts you out of a wider view, and makes you zoom in on what you are doing specifically. It may indeed 'enhance' performance.
