hahahhahaha in my town there is a "volunteer senior patrol" and they just drive around in a psuedo cop car and look for people doing bad things. it is such a fucking waste of money. but it is so funny to see ex cops driving around pretending they are on the force again. even though they cant even write a parking ticket. so are we going to be kind of like that?

We shall enforce what we were made to not enforce.
