dude im from england. Youll be able to find weed in paris, but the street dealers are sketchy, theylkl rip off a foreign kid (providing you are one you havent sed where your from) Also, the only place your gonna find coffeeshops in holland, there arent any in the UK or france.

my only advice is lube that condom up real good before you stick it up there.
