I have everything but the hawaiian shirt and the fishermans hat, then i'm set.

Costumes you can cobble together easily and mostly free

sports player, white trash, a toga, hippy, goth, wayne, garth, zig zag man, flasher, bum, referee, pair of scrubs from a friend and you can be a doctor/nurse
you could put a black stripe under one eye and paint a "P" on your shirt.
(be a black eyed pea)

Then again you could always go as CRAZY PICKLE-ARM!
