Yah if you had like a pound of your med weed in your trunk , then fucking rights I would fight for it back. Go to court, see what happens, if they dont give your bags back without a fine, then fight it, if they give your bags back without a fine or any money charge then leave it.

Just simply say,

I spent my own money on my marijuana for medicinal use's and after showing my sheet the police officer he still insisted to take the bag as he did. Can I get my bag back? If they say your going to have to pay a fine, tell them to fuck them selves because you shouldnt have to pay shit for what the cop did wich was all in all illegal unless he thought the weed was part of the accident, but it wouldnt be if the first person caused the accident then took off before the cops came.

Mainly I just wanted to make it clear that I already had a court date for the medical weed they took...I was wondering what people thought I should say/do to get it back.

I don't think they'll try to fine me for it...I think it's either get it back or not type thing.
The cops didn't want to make that decision.
They wanted the judge to decide ,he even told me that.
So it's medical,what reason could she keep it for .It was in my trunk locked in a box and I was sober.

She cant keep it, its against the law.
