actually, we have melatonin sublinguel tablets in my cupboard that can help you get to sleep, so I'll keep that in mind. however, all I was saying is that just because it creates cancer fighting chemicals, doesn't mean there's enough to make you 100% immune to cancer.

and you don't have to bitch me out in a condescending way just because I pointed out that we shouldn't make exagerated claims just because it furthers ones opinion. god knows we get angry at the DEA and DARE for doing that enough.

The Melatonin pills won't do anything compared to smoking a joint. Marijuana is the best way to raise Melatonin levels.

Italian researchers proved, in Humans, that your levels go up 4,000%, two hours after smoking a joint.

There is no better way. Especially, if you're gonna smoke it.
