minor in possession-fine and probation
fuck me man. that sounds worse than what i would get for having weed. and alcohol is fucking legal.
Underage posession of alcohol will get you put in jail for a night with bail down here in Georgia. Your license will more than likely get suspended (Hell, if I was the Judge I'd suspend your license) for at least 6 months to a year. I doubt you'd get probation, more than likely a fine.. somewhere near $500? And since you're under 18, it doesn't go in a permanant record. All misdemeanors that you are convicted of before you turn 18 are automatically sealed when you turn 18 and they can never be used against you in court or be looked at except by an attorney. And since the information cannot be used in court, that doesn't matter. So go drink, steal, smoke, and be merry while you're still a minor. " Cheers mate.
ok thanks alot man. that was a big help. peace.
yea man you wont have a permanent record
its gonna dissapear when u turn out 18
and folks in canada (well quebec in any case), we can drive by the age of 16. but only drink by the age of 18
strange lol, u can drive a car, but u cant buy a lighter
fuck man, that sucks. at least you weren't drinking any at the time.
yea, i guess you can look on the bright side of things. the officer went into my trunk. he asked if he could search my car and i said yes bc i didnt want him to think i had any shit, bad idea. idk
just wondering, why did he pull you over? Were you speeding or something, or going through a roadblock?
If it was in the trunk, say your dad must have left it there. Also say you gave permission for a search because you didn't have anything to hide, and you didn't know that someone else's unopened liquor could magically become yours just because it was in the same car that other people drive. What you really need to do is talk to an attorney.Quote:
