the reason why 420 is known as stonner time goes back to the 70's. there were a group of californian school buddys who would meet up at 4:20 (after they finished school) to smoke sum bud. apparently.

1) Bob Marley died on May 11th.
2) Why would you celebrate the premature death of a beloved figure?
