The difference, biologically, is supposedly that they are two separate species of the genus Cannabis. However, not all biologists agree on that. Some classify cannabis as a single species, which probably makes more sense since they are capable of breeding with each other.

i have a question.
Is there anyway to tell them apart besides the effect of them on the body? like is there any difference in smell... i know there is lots of different smells, but i mean distinct difference in sweetness or w.e, im guessing theres no difference in look
there's no clear cut way to tell em apart, as there are so many strains and ways of growing and curing each strain...

i was in tottenham yesterday and these guys were smoking a really sweet smelling weed.
ive had some in brixton before too, anyways, i love the smell, its kinda buttery, green and sweet,
but all the stuff i get around here, is so different, its the green, skunky, tree smelling weed, i REally wish i knew how to identify coz the 2 smells are so different...
anyone know what im talking about?
