I know a lot of different weed smokers. Their body types differ a lot. One is super skinny, one is buff and one is fat. A cool thing to do when high with buddies is to play power rangers and to perfect all their different moves like in an alley orsomething. It's good exercise plus you aren't thinking about munching.
Personally I like to go to CARLS JR. after a good session and get a famous star. I load it up with all the best sauces. Then the one I go to has a salad bar. go their and take stuff like jello, macaroni salad (iput that on my burger) and then i grub.

Yeah just because weed speeds up your heart rate doesn't mean you are burning calories. To burn calories you have to atleast spend 20 minutes doing some sort of aerobic exercise. Whether it be sex, jogging, running, jump rope. Something. You may even burn calories at work if you have a very physical job. But Weed slows down everything in your body except your heart rate. And you also eat. So no you don't lose weight from smoking pot. If anything you may gain weight. Doubtful but if you smoke every day all the time and you give into the munchies every time you feel them then I would say you would put on a few pounds. I have found that drinking water when I feel the munchies comming on helps curb my appetite. Water also helps you lose weight. It also tricks your brain if you aren't actually hungry into thinking that your belly is full. Not to mention it helps cotton mouth.

Well I know a lot about losing weight because I lost more then 80 lbs. over the span of less then 10 months but thanks I'll just try drinking a shitload of water next time.

well i think weed speeds up the metabolic process and that is why you get hungry all of a sudden...i never am hungry though. its just that food looks so good and is extremely tempting and a box of cheezits is like meeting God while stoned. also once you start you cant quit until you fall asleep. water is good for you though. so i think if you smoke and then dont give in to the munchies, and excersize three times a week for 20 min. each time, you will start droppin the pounds.

i have weigh issues my whole life. they didn't get better when i started smoking but they didn't get worse. i think if you want to lose weight it doesn't have much to do with smoking the herb it has to do with what you do otherwise. since spring has srung when ever i can i catch a major buzz right before the munchies kick in i gather up my little girl in her wagon and the dog on her leash and i go walk until the munchies subside. i weighed about 186 all through high school and after i had my daughter i was up to 230. i was down to 160 because i had stomach problems and was throwing up all the time but as soon as i had surgury i was back up to about220 in like a month. i started losing weight in january when i got this job. there is alot of walking in my work, (i go to work high all the time). the only way to lose weight without doing damage to your body is to increase your activity. i don't go to the gym and i don't walk for a set distance when i walk. i walk to enjoy nature and to spend q-time with my daughter. it's hard to get use to at first but just next time you get high call up a mate and be like let's go for walk. leave your house before the munchies set in and DON"T bring money with you (or else you WILL end up in some crappy fast food joint completely negating the effects of your exercise). once you get used to keeping your selve busy through the munchies they will become less prononced. and you will be able to control what you do eat then when you do give into the munchies. believe it or not carrots with ranch dressing is an excellent munchie. if i smoke say everyday in a week i only allow chocolate and pizza like two days. other than that it's turkey on whole wheat and carrots. anyways i have lost since january 42 pounds. it's hard at first but once you get it down it's easy as hell to lose weight and be high. i am 178 now and i'm heathly. when i lost all the weight before i didn't look very good my hair was falling out in clumps and it wasn't a very good time. remember that losing wieght is good if your heavy but if you do it the wrong way a year from now you will be right back where you started. i wish you the best and i hope that some of this is helpful.
