How can i use this?

If you don't want to snort them, empty the beads out of the capsules and cover them with a piece of paper or something then crush them with a lighter. Refill the capsules with the crushed beads and take them.
This breaks the sustained release, as the beads are waxy and would otherwise digest slowly in your intestine.

Well, follow the instructions in my previous post except now instead of re-filling the capsules go over the crushed beads with a razor and snort. Either way I would crush the beads to counter the sustained release mechanism.
