The sooner you get her out of the pot the better. Make sure you use rooting powder in her new home and in your water.
Take a big spoon and dig deep. You might be surprised to see how long the tap root grew.
ALso plan on losing the ceramic container. They hold a lot of heat. You do have it wrapped so that will help, but they also dry out very very fast as they are pourous also.

ok will do tomm, when the lights come back on. I have 1 2 litre, will be drinkin a lot of pepsi tomm also. Per a previous thread i should already have the soil prewatered, just ad the rooting powder in the hole and also alittle to the water for about a week!! This time also will ad a little more soil.

Ok just did the transplant. Root balls were not as big as i had hoped, but they are only several days old. no second set of leaves, just the main leaves and the seed leaves. I hope the rooting hormone gives them a little boost. I hope they make it. As I was trying to dig out the smaller plant, I noticed that a third seed had also germed, It had the biggest root sprout of all the others, bigger than the stem on both older plants. She was unexpected and without another 2 liter had to make do w/a little cup for a while. Hopefully she will poke her head through also. So her are day 3 pics any advice comments would be most helpful. Thanks to hd I might get ripe green tomatos.
