The pills you are probably talking about are the 7.5/750 milligram pills which contain 7.5 milligrams of hydrocodone and 750 milligrams of acetominophen. The strongest hydrocodone pill I know off is 10 milligrams in one pills, and I have the Geriatric Drug Information Handbook infront of me right now, which pretty much lists everything. So you probably just took 7.5 milligrams of hydrocodone, not 75. I suggest taking about three (22.5mg) if you haven't done it before for a good buzz. But if you smoke a bowl or two with it, you can even get pretty good effects off of one.
