On a more related note, anyone who has a problem with our soldiers anywhere in the world should go stab yourself in the eyes.
Our soldiers right now are made up of mostly the poor of our country, the people from the worst parts of our cities. I would be willing to bet the military enrollment from the places the hurricane hit is twice that of most safe white normal neighborhoods.
The Military gives them a chance to do something that matters, instead of staying in places the government has long since written off as beyond rehabilitation.
Unfortunately the rich, the powerful and.. well the evil are in control. But don't fault the soldiers for trying to be something more, if you got sent to fight in a place where shit like...
