ALWAYS skim, otherwise the constant deluge of useless shit will keep you from getting the point.
I counted 3 f's, because my mind is trained to process sub words used to join other words out of the picture, unless they dont "fit"
And scarily I thought red hammer RIGHT AWAY...

I still can't say I believe in skimming. The brain processes information in half-inch chunks (proven!). Reading involves observing every chunk.
