It was Bread,cheese,lil bit of finely grinded bud, cheese,rest of finely grinded bud, cheese, bread. I put butter on each side then cooked it in a pan. After i cooked it in the pan i put it into the microwave for 15 seconds on high,(to make sure the cheese got more cooked). ANd maybne im feeling it now but i smoked that J and im feeeeeeeeeling great!

I think there is better ways to cook with bud and get its full effects

Well of course, i was just trying to do it quick, and i did feel a lil something. I think i just need more. ANd i still feel it so yeah.
