I do that all the time in here. But I post anyway cause I like to interact with humans and it is not marijuana that we grow...but camaraderie between our species. For what else is there if not the support of your fellow beings? Or to think I thought something that someone else might think but I think too much about what I'm thinking for thoughts or what others think of my thinking of my thoughts before I think about thinking about asking what someone thinks of my thoughts......

Hello Marc :) ...I've said it before you're a bit of a worrier, so am I and sometimes I find this posting lark a bit scary :o

Yes i`m growing these indoors. i bought a 400W hps but saddly found it way too hot for my grow space -- even with 2 fans running constant the heat was getting up to the high 90`s so i had to just use a few 2 ft fluros i had and an envirolight 125 Watt.
To be honest this was just a test run to basically learn a bit untill i get a proper grow room built and i didn`t expect to even get this far.
I have no idea whatsoever what strain they are - i was given the seeds from someone who was given the seeds from someone who was given some seeds. if u get my jist!!
i put them on 12/12 a few days ago but still waiting for a delivery of 2 red spectrum envirolights so i know i do have a serious lack of lighting.

Oh and just an after-thought!! what makes u say that they look a bit deficient in nitrogen or magnesium Latewood???? Just curious as to why u draw that conclusion about them. I`m not picking on your comment but i am curious and wanting to learn.

If you want just check mine out on this thread and see if you see any resemblence. Not totally sure what mine are to be honest, the seeds are from a friend who I trust, they are susposed to be a good skunk variety, also in the growroom there are a couple of small plants that are claimed to be "Northern Lights" but there really small and I don't think they will amount to much. Normally I know exactly what I'm growing because I buy Sensi seeds of a local market stall.

I actually stuck mine on a window ledge that gets lots of sun during the day.They were there for about 3 or 4 days ( just before i snapped the pics of them) Hence you can see the top few inches of them starting to stretch. I had to put them there while i sorted out another grow space for them. One that can take my 400Watt hps without the heat problems i was getting!!!!
Anyway i`ve sorted that space now and they`re looking quite happy and healthy under the 400watt light now on 12/12.
I`m still not sure of their sex though and just praying to see a few white hairs appear.
How long should it be before i see definite signs of this????

Hello again Digitaldog :) .............my plants look far better than me, you can take there photo when they are in their natural state, they don't need all the make up ;)


There are eight skunk, I'm honestly not sure of the variety, and there's a couple of very small Northern Lights that were given to me as seedlings, but I have serious doubts about them. I'm not sure what they are?, pretty sure they are not what they are susposed to be and I don't think they will amount to anything much really.
The eight are doing quite well, I don't think that the buds are going to be too big but they are well spread all over the plants and there now getting very sticky with resin :)

How long before you can tell the sex?...........It does depend on the variety to a degree, males will appear first (get rid of them as soon as you're sure), prehaps a week or so before the males appear and about two weeks for the females. However stay on you're gaurd for any late males.
Also check the females each day for any male buds on them, I've found that quite rare but I have had the odd male bud appear on a female before, just pick it off ;)

Oh yes seeds are perfectly legal over here, I know the guy who runs the stall and I know that they are nice and fresh from him. You can buy them at grow shops or order them on line and have them delivered.
It's the germination of them thats illegal, put them in some paper towels and as soon as the sprout appears, you're breaking the law :(
Don't get me started about that one, I don't know who has got the right to tell us that we are wrong to just grow a few plants, dry them and then smoke them..................the law is so wrong :mad:

Yeah your so right there mand but the laws are made by people who are generally so out of touch and -- gods lets face it !!! politics fuckin stinks of curruption anyway !!! No matter where u live !!!!
I actually live in the UK too but didn`t know seeds were legal.
I heard a few weeks ago that they`ve recently changed the law with mushrooms and it`s now illegal to actually pick them straight from the ground where`as b4 they was only illegal once they were dried !!!
Fuck!!! by the time my son is my age he`ll need a licence to fart!!!
oops!! don`t get me on the subject of laws cos i really go off on one don`t i ?? hahaha
what part of the uk u from mand?? It`s ok not after ur address!! just scotland or south england would do!! i`m North England.

Hello Digitaldog :) I'm sure most of us if not all who like our bit of weed feel exactly the same were the law is concerned. It's perfectly legal for people to get out there heads on drink. Yet to just chill out and relax with a good spliffy is seen as breaking the law, It's just so wrong :(

Anyway back to the seeds , yes there perfectly legal, I know of one Sunday market and there are usually 3-4 stalls on there selling them.
