This is an old pic of a stadium ScroG. Its very easy and since plants grow slowly you have time to decide each move.

The Scrog method makes perfectly good sense. When you rationalize the most efficient way to grow the part of the plant that is useful, especially in small spaces, it is definitely the way to go. When using the same cubic space, the same lighting, the same grow times, without a doubt, your yield will be better, perhaps up to 2x as much with a scrog grow. Imagine a christmas tree farm in your grow box/grow room?? :) :)
