Am i the onlyone who gots 1 game save with no codes trying to get 100% completion and another save with codes? :P

Nope, how do you start a new save? do you have to start the game without memory card, then put one in? as the game just starts on my one and only save, with all codes and shit i used (completed it in 6 days) and i feel like i want to start again, and do it all again as i just drive around and shit for hours lol

You can get 100% even if you do use cheats. I've beaten the game using codes 100% and 2 times without using codes 100%. I tested to see for different rewards but unfortunately you don't get any rewards for 100% on this one like you did in the previous ones. And to start a new game pause your game then go to the option 'game' or something and then under that select new game. Do you know how to load your game during gameplay? Like when you pause the game to load your previous save? Well go to that screen you'll find the 'New Game' option there.

im kinda out of touch with most games,
in other words im no good at them for the most part (anymore)
but i like cheat codes it makes us older ones have chance cuase no way can we play games designed for kids hand and eye speed,we need a cheat or two to learn the games ,at 41 im just playing them to kill a few hours time here and there,but i like many of them.
burnt out one many of them too
played one called Nuclear Strike for a year (ps1) had to beat it b4 i quit and i never heard of a cheat code at that time,
