You're right .. 2 are in one pot. Im lovin the train metaphor lol.
im going to top Misty in a few days .. and give them their own pot .. Non are male and im going to force sex them this week. (Its like you're up in my head .. its CRAZZY) lol .

Do not top in a "few days" and then force flower them the "same week" and also transplant them during the same period.
The stress will do them in....or make them impotent (another metaphor :) )
If I were you, I would....
Sex them....
Kill the male or the weakest female...
Focus on the remaining one.
Those look too far gone to try and separate the roots at this point.
I can assure you any attempt at separation at this point will result in root damage to BOTH.
If you insisted upon keeping them BOTH, carefully remove entire root ball from container.
In dim light, try and separate both plants.
Sprinkle some shultz rooting hormone powder on the roots and soil attached to the roots.
Quickly and carefully set each plant into its own prepared container. Water well. Mist every few hours with purified water.
Wait 48 to 72 hours...to see if either make it.
Tuff call....but those are your choices.
To do nothing will surely end the life of one.
