GS, I can't find anything there after i type regedit ... just a bunch of folders.. nothing else there...
like i said ya want be able to delete it...its a system folder,,,,just put there so u can add links to that folder,,,man no need to trip about it lol :P
Peace
*sigh*
Firstoff, Dog420, your'e full of shit. No offense intended, but don't talk about what you don't know.
ok, start menu -> run -> regedit
you are now in the windows registry
start at "my computer"
go to the folder "HKEY_CURRENT_USER"
under that go to the subfolder "Software"
under that go to the subfolder "Microsoft"
under that go to the subfolder "Internet Explorer"
under that go to the subfolder "Toolbar"
ok, in the right side of the screen you should see something that says "LinksFolderName"
double click on this and a box will pop up with the title "Edit String"
Leave the "value name :" as is
Delete whatever is in "value data :" leave it blank
That should solve your problem

Well, for some ODD reason it hasn't came back for 2 days... So um... thanks lol, but that's kind of weird...
Maybe it didn't want to die so it hid it self somewhere =D
GS - Thanks, but when I went into the toolbars folder, there wasn't a links folder, what the hell, where did it go? lol, at least it's gone... strange...
Glad it's gone, but I wasn't talking 'bout a folder called links. I was talking 'bout this... (see image)
Well, GS, It's not there anymore. I have NO idea why since it was my first time i've ever been in that folder. How could it just disappear? Kind of weird if you think about it...
