Is it the shade of the crystals?Do they get all cloudy?

When they are amber, they are past prime THC content and have degraded to other by products.
It depends on what kind of buzz you like to determine what color the trichomes should be on harvest day.
The more clear /. cloudy they are, the higher the 'head buzz'.
The darker they are, the higher the 'physical buzz'.

Names are just names. Words. I don't think Harddon was using them in a derogatory way and in fact we that pursue this type of horticulturally cerebral therapy, usually get attached to our little friends and the names we give them are more names of endearment (even though they may not seem like it to some). We do have freedom of speech here in this country. Seen so many things WAY worse printed or shown on the nightly news.
Just my 2 cents...not that anyone's asking but we can't go through life running from "BAD" words. I would never have seen the names of those plants if a big deal had not been made of it. While I find it offensive, I find censorship and the idea that someone else thinks they can make the choice as to what is offensive for me to be more threatening.
I don't feel the need to have my eyes or mind protected by someone else. Naming plants sexist names only points out that hardon is sexist and I am sure women are smart enough to find that out on their own, no blog police needed.
Saying that MJ is immoral etc....on the other hand does give it a bad name. You have to really beleive there is nothing wrong with smoking pot. There is no reason to tie it to being immoral because it is not bad.....
