yes but I think this ruling is just going to push more p2p into the world of opensource like how bittorrent is which will be good for the filesharing community. Down with grokster, kazaa and other spyware loaded bloatware! By the way englishtongan if you had installed kazaa thats not a good thing becasue it means your computer has a bunch of spyware and adware loaded into it now  haven't you noticed performace problems on your computer since you installed kazaa? When my friend used Kazaa it was so slow and it would always lockup. I would suggest you clean out your system.Quote:

it's not fun especially if you enjoy turning your music up as loud
as your speakers will allow.
yeah, the fasttrack network has a file hashing flaw that allows any user on it to insert pieces of information into a file (like static noise from the RIAA) They are not even exactly totally fake files just that some of the files that may have 50 users sharing them but a few of those users are from the RIAA and are spoofing the files hash with a file with static and screetching so when you download a little part of the file from that user your file gets corrupt. Trust me kazaa (the fasttrack network) really sucks limewire (the Gnutella network) does not have this exact problem so its much better. I read http://www.slyck.com everyday go there if your interested in filesharing it has news and also some great guides.Quote:
