its not good to stay at home and think about him all the time, after all he broke up with you. Just go out have a good time, if nothing happens then nothing happens, but the whole point is to get your mind off of Luc for a lil while. When i was in your situation i did the opposite and stayed home, i drove myself crazy. Trust me its good to be active

Broken hearts SUCK. And, unfortunately, it seems that us ladies go through many a heartbreak before we find "the one". There is nothing wrong with going out in a group situation (like you did at the park) where it isn't a "one on one" thing. Those tend to allow you to do more than your right mind may advise! One thing, though honey--PLEASE don't have the mindset that you have to find a husband soon! Between 17 and 25 I dated a LOT. Met the love of my life in college--we broke up and didn't speak for 2 years. We lived a few hours apart, so never saw each other or anything. We both dated, did GOD knows what else, but grew up A LOT. Didn't get back together until we were 25, and married 7 months later. That was 9 years ago.
I do remember being 17 and in love. Being 17 with a broken heart. Being 17 and getting on with my life. Best thing to do, is keep the good memories, but remember that everything happens for a reason. You seem like a bright, fun young lady...and will be a great catch for someone WHO DESERVES YOU. Hang in there :)

That being said ya might want to date someone your age or older. Young guys at 15 are hardly mature.
His name is Luc and it sounds like 'luck' not luke...hes vietanamesse(sp?), and chinesse . No i dont think hes thinking about dating anyone else...cuz he might be moving away. And that part of the reason why he and i broke up.

well matt called to confirm and I said yes and i asked if anyone else would be there and he said yes so its gunna be a group thing. Im really happy i just made sum good friends. Elizabeth really wants to try pot lol. So im going ove rher house to smoke with sum more of her friends that wants to try. And I just talked to Luc on the comp for like 2 hours and he was almost pissing his pants laughing at my jokes so I feel realli good now.
