Sorry. No transcripts and I watched it on the dreaded Fox News where that was stated. Maybe Alex Jones has another take on the situation...ooops, Nics gone. It's all up to Pissant now! :DQuote:

The point is that the man said absolutely nothing new. This "major address" was simply a rehashing of the same misguided rhetoric this administration has been handing out since the lead up to the war.
He was full of shit then and he's full of shit now.
That's true....bhall :)
I should have known that was something foxlews said....

Al-Jaafari, who met Bush in Washington last week, was quoted in Wednesday's edition of the London-based Arab newspaper Asharq al-Awsat as saying that while the Iraqi government wanted foreign troops to leave as soon as possible, a withdrawal before Iraqi security forces were ready could only benefit "terrorists."
In a bid to end the violence, U.S. and Iraqi forces have launched military operations and made arrests as politicians work to include Sunni Arabs in the political process, seen as key to taking the steam out of the insurgency.
That's why some Iraqis were reassured by Bush's speech.
"This determination not to let Iraq be plunged into civil war, chaos and instability is important for Iraqis," said Shiite lawmaker Abbas al-Bayati. "To set a timetable for the withdrawal is to give in to terrorism and to reward fanatics."
:D
My problem with the administration has nothing to do with the timetable for withdrawal. I wouldn't believe them even if they announced that U.S., sorry "coalition," forces are leaving tomorrow.
From February of 2003 when Rumsfeld said he doubted things would last six months until last week when Cheney said the insurgency was in "its last throes," (to which the administration sent surrogates everywhere to pull off a Clintonesque "depends-on-your-definition-of-throes" PR blitz) this administration has either been completely clueless about the situation or lying their asses off. Either way, I have zero confidence in damn near everything they say.
Bush said that when a new government in Iraq is in place, then and only then will
U.S. armed forces will leave if asked too. Well there is a new government in place
and they told Bush to leave Iraq. What was the responce of Bush?.
FUCK YOU IRAQ. The U.S. will not be leaving untill all the terrorism in Iraq are smashed. Well 68% plus of the Iraq people want all U.S. forces out now!
Why George Bush jr will not leave Iraq. Bush may lose control of all that sweet oil
No more oil. No more power and control of the middle east.
Then the Iraqies can then sell all that oil to China and cut off the U.S. totally
Game over for George Bush jr, and the U.S.
This may be one of the reason's George Bush jr, rumfeld and others that are with him refuse to get out of Iraq.
Who in Iraq need's the U.S. when they can sell all the oil they pump out the earth to China. China told the Iraq government they will buy every drop of oil in Iraq.
Remember their is only one real terrorist in Iraq. And his name is GEORGE BUSH JR!
Just ask that mother or farther who's son was killed in Iraq so some rich asshole can drive that 8mpg suv they may agree!
