Here is an accurate description of the charges in illinios and its a legit site also

i got arrested for LESS then a gram, went to court payed 1000 in fines, liscense that i didnt' have suspended for six months (btw if you get this go immediately to apply for your liscense becasue time doesn't start til you applly for it) and have to go to a drug awareness program not to mention you have to pay for extra high insurance called "high risk insurance" but all this happened when i was 18 so if you're 16 or younger none of this might happen except for the fines....but if your 17 it could go either way...atleast here, judge could decide to punish you as a minor or an adult

i almost got caught one but i ran like hell and swam across a river lol

in tennessee i got 1 year of probation w/ drug tests, many fines, and a huge headache.

well i dont think it was legal cause i had the weed in my wallet. I was JUst sitting doing nothing wrong on a bench and a cop came up and searched me. i took out my wallet and set it on the bench then he said " Give me ur wallet" I said no and put it in my pocket and he forcefully took it out

so then get a lawyer to dispute the charges.....paying a thousand or two for a lawyer and getting the charges dropped is a hell of a lot better then paying a thousand or two plus having that shit on your record

Luckily i know many ppl over here in the UK who've been caught with as much as a Q and been let off i even know off ppl who got caught with a 8th and didnt get it confiscated.

did you give consent to search? or did you commit a diff crime that resulted in the search? if you did not give consent to search and there are no other crimes involved you can get your lawyer to file a motion to supress and the evidence will not be able to be used against you you should NEVER give a cop permission to search you or your vehicle if you are holding or not there is no reason to make their job any ezer than it already is i have nothing against regular cop's just narcotics officers but if a regular cop is so disrespectful of your 4th amendment right's that he want's to search you on no more than suspicion then f@#$ em make him work for it
